Health Is Wealth For Students

Health is wealth” is a good proverb we hear from our elders. It is a great blessing of God. We adopt many devices to maintain our health. Firstly, we get up early in the morning, say prayer and go out for a walk. We inhale fresh air. Morning walk makes us active, smart and healthy. Secondly, we do some exercise or play some game which makes our muscles strong Game teach  us the important qualities of  discipline, self-control and sportsmanship which lead to good health. Thirdly, daily take bath keeps away from diseases. We clean our teeth and take bath daily. It keeps us fresh and healthy. Fourthly, we take our meal at regular times. We should eat simple food. We should not take too much food in one sitting. Less food and more fruit at regular times never disturb ours stomach similarly clean clothes, clean habits and hygienic environment provider’s us with a good atmosphere for health.

Moring walk:-

                          Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. If a man goes to bed late a night, he is not expected to rise early and hence he fail to enjoy the happy moments of nature. Air is fresh and dew-drop shine like pearls on the blades of grass in the morning.

Fresh air makes the lungs strong and healthy. It refreshes the mind also. There is calm and peace every where at this time. All the creatures looks busy in offering prayers to God. The golden rays of sun provides vitamins D too early – risers. Health is great wealth and morning walk supplies much of it. A healthy body has a healthy mind. An early riser enjoys the beauties of nature, makes himself healthy and smart for the whole day. In fact one who walks in the morning, talks pleasantly and chalks out his plans smoothly.

Physical Exercise:-

                                   Physical Exercise means the use of various part of body. The human life is like a machine. Physical exercise keep the body in Oder. It is necessary for those who perform mental work. People who   labor hard for the whole day do not require any more exercise at home.

Physical Exercise can be taken in different forms we can play out door games. These games give sufficient exercise to our body. Walking is a good exercise. Yoga can be tak3 as exercise. There are many forms of exercise. Exercise of exercise is harmful to health.

Physical Exercise improves our health. It purifies our blood. It makes our body strong. It is said that healthy mind lives in healthy body. So the mind also improves with the health. It makes us cheerful. Health is more valuable than wealth it is the first duty of everyone to keep good health. So physical exercise should be taken by all. “Health is wealth”

Healthy Food:-

                            Health is the most important aspect of life and if we eat healthy we can live a more prosperous life. However, people now a days tend to eat junk food that is harmful to our body and provides to be fatal many times. Junk food contains excessive amounts of salt, sugar and fats. This category of food must be strictly avoided as they have a lot of negative impact on our well-being.

Though junk food is harmful to our health, they seem to satisfy our tastes buds. The fast food industry is constantly growing. Now that we have food delivery app, we have started consuming Junk food all the more. People prefer it because it is readily made available to them. Consumption of junk food causes health troubles like heart disease, breathing problems, hypertension, cancer etc. Junk food also causes digestive issues as it cannot provide us with fibers. It increases the level of cholesterol in our body. Junk food is also the prime reason for the irregularity in blood sugar levels (causes diabetes).

 Therefore, it is important to make people aware of the benefits of healthy eating so that they adapt a healthy lifestyle and keep themselves away from disease and infections. There are numerous benefits of healthy food. Healthy food promotes physical health. It keeps as active and energetic throughout the day. It also impacts our mental health, healthy food provides us with nutrients. That are crucial for the proper functioning of the brain. Healthy fruits and vegetables are rich in protein, vitamins, carbohydrates and fibers. They boost our immune system and protect us from chronic diseases. Healthy food control unnecessary weight gain. It shapes our body and makes our skin glow.

Our mood brightens up when we have a delicious healthy meal moreover, healthy food saves money, and home prepared meals are cheaper than junk food options. So, in conclusion, one must resort alternative ways to have tasty and healthy food at the same time. We must drink lemon water and herbal tea instead of soft drink,. One should drink plant based milk, eat raw fruits instead of juices, switch to lean protein diet and eat less proceeds food to keep the healthy and fit. Hence, we must realize this fact that even though junk food looks amazing and appetizing, we must not eat it and should include healthy food in our diet to live a long life full of health and good well being.
